I’m trying to wrap my head around the idea that the only reason Warren isn’t the nominee is sexism, but the Democratic nominee in 2016 was a woman. Clearly the party is willing to accept a woman nominee. It’s not like Warren got close to winning these concepts but those darn men got in the way – there are millions of women voting for Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden instead. In Texas, for example, Warren simply did not get anywhere near a majority of the women who voted to vote for her.
